Learning is always co-authored.

This portfolio reflects the communities and mentors who made the work possible. I’m especially thankful to Dr. Rebecca Quintana and Dr. Chris Quintana, from the Marsal Family School of Education at the University of Michigan, whose co-taught Introduction to Learning Experience Design course offered a foundational framework and inspired me to think expansively about what inclusive, human-centered learning can be. Their ongoing guidance enriched my exploration of emerging technologies and shaped my evolving design practice. I’m also grateful to Jacob Aguinaga, Learning Experience Designer Senior and PhD researcher, whose mentorship during my Student-in-Residence experience provided the bridge between theory and practice. Through real-world projects, thoughtful guidance, and ongoing dialogue, Jacob helped me translate foundational concepts into applied design work that was both grounded and generative. And to the Center for Academic Innovation, thank you for providing not just the space, but the community that made this work possible.
